  • What payment options do you accept?

Kimi Lighting accepts the following payment methods.
- PayPal
- Debit/Credit Card (VISA, Master card, American Express)
- Apple Pay

  • Is all fixture with light bulb included?

No, but we will give away light bulbs with the fixture. 

Some fixtures with LED chips or LED strip and compatible driver are included.

Please see the description of the lights, you will know that whether the light bulb is included or not. 

  • Do you charge sales tax?

The tax amount is based on state/provincial and local laws and is calculated based on the shipping address you enter at Checkout. Each state / province has different laws regarding the taxation of merchandise, freight and handling.

  • What is your return and refund policy?

  • Do you offer products customization?

Yes, we do. If you like the chandelier, you only need to change the size and color just simply send an email to sales@kimi-lighting.com. If you have a specific chandelier design in your mind and did not find it on our website, we could be able to help as well.

 Our team responds to emails during regular business hours and our response time is generally within 24 hours. Response times are also usually dependent on the content of the email.

 

Ordering/online before your order know more about the productions

  •  Do your products come with any guarantees?

Yes, all our products come with  2-year manufacturers guarantee which covers normal wear and tear (Same as driver).

We will resend the parts freely to replace after an investigation into the damage fixture.

Note: the light bulb given away  is excluded.

  • How should I prepare when shopping for lighting.

First, know your budget. Second, if possible, look for pictures from magazines that reflect your taste. Third, collect fabric swatches or color chips for any area you are redecorating. 

 

After your order has been received/shipped.

  • How do I clean my fixture?

Clean metal components with a soft cloth, moistened with a mild liquid soap solution. Wipe clean and buff with a very soft dry cloth. Under no circumstances should any metal polish be used, as its abrasive nature could damage the protective finish placed on the metal parts.

Never wash glass or crystal shades in an automatic dishwasher, line a sink with a towel and fill with warm water and a mild liquid soap. Wash glass or crystal with a soft cloth, rinse and wipe dry.

  • What do I do if something is missing from my order?

We ask all customers to go through the entire box/package very carefully to verify if something is missing. If you are indeed missing an item from your order which the products received with 30 days, please contact us via email sales@kimilighting  comand explain the situation, we will resend it freely. For the order you received  for more than 30 days, please also contact us sales@kimilighting.com Customer will be notified of the resolution after we have a negotiation.

  • What if I receive something I didn't order?

If you have received another item instead of one you purchased, please contact our customer service dept at sales@kimi-lighting.com and explain the situation. After an investigation into the order, the customer will be notified of the resolution. Most likely what will happen is that the parts will be picked up and then the correct ones re-shipped.

  • What's the best way to install my new lights?

There are installation instructions included in every item we sell. If you are uncomfortable with the installation, we recommend you contact a licensed contractor or electrician.

  • Can't find an answer to your question on shipping.
