Shipping policy

1.When will my order ship?

We will process the order within 5 working days.

 For free shipping, it will normally take about 2-4 weeks after we ship it out.There will be an extra charge With ExpShipping,  you may expect to receive around 1-2 weeks after we ship it out, and you will be resposible for the Exp freight.This rule does not reach the brass lighting. For brass lighting and customized lighting, we need more than a month to fabricate, and then 2-4 weeks needed to you after we ship it out. If you have special requirements for delivery service, please contact our customer support at sales@kimi-lighting.com.

2.About the shipping freight.

We offer free shipping once your order up to $100 to all over the world. Normally, you will be able to get your products between 2-4 weeks.

Shipping time is the best effort estimation and is not guaranteed. If you want to receive the package faster, you can choose Exp Shipping, and you have to pay the Exp freight.

3. Order Tacking.

You will have a tracking number after the order is shipped and you will be able to track the package on the logistics company's track tool.

NOTE: If customers fail to be at the location to receive the package and/or refuse to work with us and the shipping company to retrieve the package, which results in the package being sent back to us, the shipping cost will be charged (It can be very costly up to several hundreds of dollars).
