Our Customization Options
1. Customize Size & Color
If you love a specific design but need it in a different dimension or finish, please provide:
- The Product: SKU number or product link.
- The Finish: E.g., Gold, Chrome, or Black.
- The Dimensions: Width, depth, and height. (Refer to our Size Guide).
NOTE: Customized items include a 1-year warranty but are not eligible for cancellation or return. Production and free shipping take 8-10 weeks.
2. Customize Design
If you have a unique vision or a drawing of a chandelier not found on our site, we can build it for you. Please provide:
- Design Reference: An image or a sketch.
- Material Prefs: Crystal types or base colors.
- Target Size: Specific dimensions for your room.
NOTE: Our designers will provide a quote within 1-2 business days. Customized invoices are sent via email for secure checkout.
