We provide a variety of SHIPPING METHODS (including but not limited to the following).

1. Global Postal Transportation (EMS)

2. Standard commercial express (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc)

3. The third party freight forwarding company (commercial courier company partner) transports to the dest

Note: During COVID-2019, EMS freight rates rose sharply, we ship most of order to Europe by rail, and ocean freight to Oceania and North America.

Most orders are received in 3-6 weeks from order to delivery.

Our products are purchased from the factory. Some products are inspired by world-renowned designers. It is not the original design version of the designer. If you need genuine products, please contact the original designer or company.

Yes, we do. If you like the chandelier, you only need to change the size and color just simply send an email to sales@kimi-lighting.comIf you have a specific chandelier design in your mind and did not find it on our website, we could be able to help as well.

Yes, all our products come with  2-year manufacturers guarantee which covers normal wear and tear (Same as driver).

We will resend the parts freely to replace after an investigation into the damage fixture.

Note: the light bulb given away  is excluded.

The order fee does not include any tax, usually you will not pay other additional fees for the order. Our team responds to emails during regular business hours and our response time is generally within 24 hours. Response times are also usually dependent on the content of the email.


Clean metal components with a soft cloth, moistened with a mild liquid soap solution.Wipe clean and buff with a very soft dry cloth.Under no circumstances should any metal polish be used, as its abrasive nature could damage the protective finish placed on the metal parts.Never wash glass or crystal shades in an automatic dishwasher, line a sink with a towel and fill with warm water and a mild liquid soap.Wash glass or crystal with a soft cloth, rinse and wipe dry.

We ask all customers to go through the entire box/package very carefully to verify if something is missing. If you are indeed missing an item from your order which the products received with 30 days, please contact us via email sales@kimilighting  comand explain the situation, we will resend it freely. For the order you received  for more than 30 days, please also contact us sales@kimilighting.com Customer will be notified of the resolution after we have a negotiation.

The products we sell include some purchased products, and we will work hard to review the supplier qualifications.If the products we sell violate your intellectual property rights, please contact us.

Generally, lights with integrated LEDs do not support dimming by default.

If the light  needs a light bulb as a light source, you can purchase a light bulb that supports dimming and install it.
