Overview

We want every item you purchase from Kimi Lighting to be the perfect match for your home. If it's not quite right, don't worry — we're here to help. Please contact us at sales@kimi-lighting.com before initiating a return.

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, provided the items are in new, unused condition and returned in original packaging.

⚠️ Important Notice

Items that have already been installed are not eligible for return.

Customized or made-to-order items are non-refundable.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in original, resalable condition.
  • All parts, accessories, and original packaging materials must be included.
  • Returns for manufacturer defects are eligible for a full refund.
  • Returns for other reasons require the customer to cover return shipping costs.
  • Items returned damaged, used, or without original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee.

Return Instructions

1. Submit Your Request

Reply to your order confirmation email. Indicate the items you wish to return and your preferred resolution (refund, credit, or replacement).

2. Repackage Securely

Ensure all items are in the original packaging with protective materials. Seal the package securely to avoid transit damage.

3. Ship & Track

Use a traceable and insured carrier. Take photos of the package before shipping and send the tracking number to our support team.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund within 7–10 business days.

  • Credit Cards: 3–5 business days (bank dependent).
  • Store Credit: 1 business day.
  • Other methods: up to 2 weeks.

Order Cancellations

  • Standard orders can be canceled for free within 24 hours.
  • After 24 hours, orders can only be canceled if they have not yet shipped.
  • Customized or "Made to Order" items are non-cancellable.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized products & Made-to-order items.
  • Special purchases or custom quotes.
  • Complimentary bulbs or other free gifts.

💡 Note: Included light bulbs are complimentary and not covered under our return or warranty policy. If you need a specific brightness or color, we can recommend alternatives for your space.
