For the PostKrisi lamps, Enzo Catellani worked with fiberglass plastic for the first time. The material fascinated him because it is sturdy and versatile, but especially because of its fiber texture and of the resulting dramatic shadows cast in the room. The surface is textured and rough, the edges frayed and irregular, as if the lampshades had been torn from a closed sphere or cigar-like shape. Each luminaire is a unique piece, producing one-of-a-kind light and shadow effects.

Discreet structures and suspension systems hold the extraordinary fiberglass shades, partly lacquered in elegant and precious colours.
