1. When will my order ship?
Please refer to the estimated delivery time shown on each product page.
Due to current international logistics policies, all packages shipped to the United States will be sent via sea freight, with an estimated shipping time of 3–4 weeks. For other countries, delivery timeframes are similar and can be used as a reference.
Once your order is received, we will send you an email to confirm the shipping schedule and estimated delivery date. If you have specific requirements, please contact us at sales@kimi-lighting.com.
2. About Shipping Fees
We offer free worldwide shipping for orders over $100 USD.
In general, you can expect to receive your order within 3–4 weeks after it is shipped. Please note that this timeframe may vary due to customs clearance and local carrier factors.
If you need your order to arrive sooner, expedited shipping options are available upon request and will incur additional charges.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
You can visit our Order Tracking page to check the real-time shipping status by entering your order number and email address.
If a customer is unavailable to receive the package and fails to cooperate with the shipping company to retrieve the item, resulting in the package being returned, return shipping costs will be charged (this fee may be significant depending on the destination).
